Returns & refund
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you receive the purchased Product(s).
To return your item(s) fill in this form and follow the instructions you will receive by e-mail.
Once the returned items will be received and checked, you will be refunded.
If the return is exercised according to the methods and terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, any sums already paid for the purchase will be refunded. The only costs at your expense will be those of returning the purchased Products.
The returned Products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from when you notified Bluloop.
You must return the goods or deliver them to Bluloop at the following address: Viale dell'Artigianato, 32, 37064 Povegliano Veronese, Verona. The deadline will be considered respected if you return the Products before the 14-days period expires.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Bluloop has the right not to accept the return of any damanged/used Products.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless you has expressly agreed otherwise.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNING NON-CONFORMING OR ALTERED PRODUCTS
In the event that the Product is delivered damaged and/or anything is missing and/or the type of Product is not the same as the one purchased on the Purchase Order or in the event the Product shows anomalies, you must contact Bluloop at firstname.lastname@example.org, to make a specific report and attach suitable photos to prove the Product’s poor quality.
Products that are different from the one purchased on the Purchase Order in terms of quantity, quality and/or type must be returned to Bluloop, according to the terms and procedures stated by the latter, in the same package in which they were received and in any case intact, undamaged, not used and equipped with all the original accessories that came with the Product. Otherwise, your shall not receive any refund of the price paid.
After receipt of the Products complained, Bluloop reserves the right to verify whether the conditions for a refund or replacement have been met. If it is ascertained that you have a right to the refund, it will be made using the same means of payment used for the transaction.
